knee deep.....

well.......i have been missing for awhile..........i have been knee deep in black & white damask.....black & white polka-dot.......and a touch of Paris..................with a little splash of pink here and there.........................spent the week with my daughter......two sewing machines at full speed......unwound bobbins.......lots of giggles.........and a room complete...........four weeks and counting till the princess arrives.......................................(this isn't her room, i forgot to snap a picture...but this was her inspiration)....................................................definitely.....i a blessed!

sittin here thinkin'....

just thinkin........................2011.....................our house will be 100 yrs. old.........i will be 60.........married 40............the oldest grand will be five.......next will be three........our youngest grand will be one..............................and a new little girl will enter into our lives in six weeks........yep........just sittin' here thinkin'.................................................i am blessed!

unwrapped....

the day over.........presents gone......................laughter and giggles ceased.......................songs no longer in the air.........................................but my heart has been unwrapped......................oh i am blessed!

a winter day....

this has been a cold.....snowy.......week............................................just a good time to snuggle up.....stay in jammies........wrap presents..........hook on my rug...(almost finished!).......enjoy a cup of coffee......gingerbread latte creamer... whipped cream....................................ummmmm...the comforts of a winter day ................................... i am blessed!
